True Friends is looking for all-stars like you to help provide our leadership team with staff basic HR tasks, camper/caregiver communication, scheduling, and administrative support.
Our behind-the-scenes office team is an integral piece of making camp successful each week and Office Coordinators are the central hub to keeping the place running.

Prepare camper applications and documents weekly.
Lead camper check-in and check-out processes weekly.
Manage our online and in-person camp store (site dependent).
Maintain an efficient and productive office environment including, but not limited to welcoming guests, answering phones, tracking and ordering supplies.
Support leadership staff by ensuring they're completing required camper paperwork and staff evaluations.
Assist in volunteer communications:
confirmation phone calls, scheduling, emails, and minor database maintenance.
Support the site's leadership team with organized processes, clear communication, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Age 21+A sophomore or junior HR or Business Admin student with office experience.
Organized and are able to pay great attention to detail.
Successfully able to lead and coach others.
Motivated to take initiative and be a role model for all staff.
Passionate about making a difference in the world.
Happy to live and work in a communal setting.
Eager to take initiative and have a strong work ethic.
Able to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Preferred:
2
years driving experience, clean driving history, willingness to drive long distances (4
hours) on a semi-weekly basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
