Responsible for the health, personal cares, safety, and general welfare of participantsLeads activities as assigned by leadershipReports any changes in participant conditionEnsures individual's belongings are properly checked in and the correct items are sent homeAdministers medicationCompletes all documentation requirementsMaintains cleanliness of the property utilized by participants and staffParticipates in training and developmentAttends and participates in meetingsTransports participants to various locations as neededPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring to the Table:
Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferredHigh school degree required, some college in a related field desirableStrong communication skillsAbility to handle physical aggression and challenging behaviorsDetail-oriented with an emphasis on safetyMust be a team player and self-directedMust be able to pass an organizational background checkAbout Us:
True Friends' programs include camp, respite, therapeutic horseback riding, conference and retreat, travel, and team building, serving over 25,000 individuals annually.
With locations near Maple Lake, Annandale, Eden Prairie and Bemidji, MN, True Friends serves individuals in Minnesota and throughout the United States.
