Job Description:
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service -Entering customer orders Skills:
